Welcome to MarCheri Collections. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. Customers have the legal right to return eligible online purchases within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable Maltese and EU consumer protection laws.

  • We offer exchanges within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned to MarCheri Collections in Qormi in its original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Issues

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable so we can assist you.

MarCheri Collections is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidental damage.

Handmade Collections

The Artisan Love and Tiny Treasures collections are handmade and available on backorder.

Orders from these collections are made especially for you. As each piece is handcrafted, additional processing time may be required before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Malta and Gozo via courier. Free delivery is available on orders of €30 or more. Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days (excluding handmade backorders). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of certain products.
