We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. Customers have the legal right to return eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Maltese and EU consumer protection laws. Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the conditions below.

We offer exchanges within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned to MarCheri Collections in Qormi in its original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can arrange the exchange.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or missing their original packaging may not be accepted for exchange.

Every item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable so we can assist you.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
